WHO I AM

Air Traffic Control Maintenance Chief
MCAS Camp Pendleton
Adjunct Faculty, AMU
Founder, The Keep
I have spent over two decades leading people in some of the most demanding environments the Marine Corps assigns, from technical operations to executive-level staff. That experience did not make me rigid. It made me precise about what standards actually mean and what it costs to abandon them.
Outside the uniform, I teach business fundamentals at the graduate level, write a newsletter read by leaders across industries, and develop work that applies military resilience frameworks to civilian performance challenges. I build in parallel because I believe the transition from service to significance is a design problem, not a default.
